Exceeding max limit for Trade Goods

Trade Allowance: 90 / Current Useage: 93

I already had picked up 90 units to sell when i went go back to Terra.

Then while mining in Odysseus i gathered 3 more loot. It looks like its not checking limit currently .

I have put a small fix in place that prevents the count from displaying if you do not have the day trader skills, so when collecting TC from mining, stats should not look funky.

You may see your numbers go above your limits if you do have the skill, but I am still monitoring this one so may make more tweaks.
