We have added our first player submitted NPC to the game today. Our thanks go to @Tom_Paris for working through the NPC Julimarr.
He resides over in Shepard and if you have the Day Trader Skill trained to at least 1 he has a nice mission chain for you.
He will also open up a new possible faction for you as well.
