Recycling depot only returns 1/2 of promised efficiency

Recently with the august update, recycling efficiency has been doubled.

However when doing a recycling session for a Stellar Core - Kingu, I noticed that only half of the promised amount was returned into the GSF when collecting. So it seems the collect was not adapted to the new doubled rule.

Apologies for the delay, but this is now sorted.

I have also fixed the quantities on all active sessions in the database.
