Is there an RP forum for shared stories based on in-game characters and events?
As such not at this time, should you think we need one or the game would benifit we can always create one

I might have missed something, but at the moment most of my interaction is with NPCs rather than other players, there seems to be no concept of guilds, corporations, clans or other social groupings within the game.
You are correct in that at this time PT does not contain any form of Guild System etc. We are still working on the primary professions and content. Once we get past that we can look at the need/desire for such.
